FURNISHED UNITS
Requirements:
- Minimum Term of Contract: One Week
- Weekly rate is inclusive of electric, water bills and airport pick-up
- Monthly rate is exclusive of bills and condominium dues.
- Two valid IDs (passport/driving license etc.)
- Weekly lease requires a deposit of Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP 10,000), refundable upon check out.
- Monthly Term will also require a deposit, details will be given upon booking, depending on the actual term of stay and number of people staying in the unit.
- Yearly term will require TWO (2) months deposit and ONE (1) month advance.
UNFURNISHED UNITS
Requirements:
- Two valid IDs (passport, driving license etc.)
- Minimum of One Year Contract
- Two Months Deposit, One Month Advance
